Whatever the reason, you have 10 days from the date if invoice to request a
replacement or your money back.
The item in questions must be returned to us, well packaged, accompanied by a
letter explaining the problem.

You are responsible for the cost of postage. If, in fact the cause of your
dissatisfaction is our fault (damaged item, wrong one sent) we will reimburse
